It’s essential we know about the status of your health, so you’ll be contacted by a member of TeaMM the day before your appointment to ensure you are well and able to attend your session. Any signs or symptoms that you may experience in the lead up to your session will be discussed via telephone call to assess the eligibility to attend your session.
To ensure no possible COVID-19 risk, at the beginning of every shift, our team will complete a full health screening, which includes a temperature check.
